A bit about Team
We’re looking for a Reporting & Presentation Analyst to join the Insights team on 6 month contract. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day reporting operations, create impactful presentations, and help ensure the accuracy and timeliness of key deliverables that drive business decisions.
You will:
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for campaigns and client insights.
- Design and update PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate data insights and recommendations.
- Perform data checks, validations, and formatting to ensure high accuracy in all deliverables.
- Track and organize weekly and monthly metrics across teams for internal and client use.
- Collaborate with analysts and managers to ensure consistency and alignment across reports.
- Manage multiple reporting tasks efficiently and meet defined timelines.
You have:
- 1 to 2 years working experience in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and visual formatting).
- Excellent PowerPoint skills – ability to design professional, visually engaging decks.
- Good understanding of data interpretation and business reporting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in reporting, MIS, operations, or data coordination (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
