Job Title: Business Management Analyst
Location: Mumbai, India
Role Description
- Business management is responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the bank's mission and objectives. The work includes:
- Provide and enhance the functionality performed by the business management community
- Research and analysis of industry and competitive trends to identify new market opportunities and strategic areas of interest
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of discrete sub-entities, be they products, desks, infrastructure or control areas, or a geographic region
- Develop complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocations, and project plans, leveraging deep knowledge of the company's internal operations to develop a forward-looking business focus Synthesize and aggregate business insights for specific stakeholders in the business units and help improve policies, processes, and procedures to deliver consistent and reliable products/services Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best value to functions/entities Establish relationships with external contacts (e.g., regulators, auditors, etc.) and industry bodies.

Your key responsibilities
- Provide support on cost and FTE analysis for the business and perform deep dives wherever necessary.
- Support Annual planning and Monthly forecasting activities, including system uploads
- Provide regular feedback on the hiring pipeline and ensure that hiring requests are raised in the systems.
- Provide insight into the business through regular reporting on financial data
- Perform various ad hoc analyzes and address issues that complement the regular processes.
Your skills and experience
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize time sensitive tasks in an efficient manner.
- Solid communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint.
- SAP user is a plus.
- 3 – 5 years of banking or finance industry experience.
- Undergraduate Degree. Preferable areas of study may include Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Ability to work well under pressure, anticipate needs, demonstrate initiative, and pro activeness.
