Position Summary
You will lead commercial engagement and growth across the Mumbai territory. You will build trusted, professional relationships with healthcare teams, hospitals and institutional partners. You will design and deliver territory plans that drive business results and support better patient outcomes. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams and institutional stakeholders across Mumbai.
- Develop and execute territory business plans that meet commercial targets and support improved patient outcomes.
- Conduct professional visits and educational meetings to share clinical evidence and practical information clearly and responsibly.
- Collect market and customer feedback and use insights to shape local plans and improve performance.
- Work closely with colleagues across functions to respond to customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards and local regulations.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in science, pharmacy or medicine is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales, field roles or account management.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and local languages relevant to Mumbai.
- Comfortable using everyday computer tools such as Word, Excel and mobile applications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Customer-focused mindset with integrity and commitment to ethical behaviour.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospital or pharmaceutical field roles.
- Ability to explain clinical or scientific information clearly for different audiences.
- Planning and analytical skills to develop and monitor territory performance.
- Experience organising professional meetings or educational events.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in additional regional languages spoken in Mumbai.
Work pattern and location
This role is on-site in Mumbai with regular travel across the assigned territory. Some flexible time for administrative tasks may be possible, but a sustained presence in the field is required.
