Job DescriptionWe're looking for an ambitious, go-getter ' Business Development Reprsentative' to join our team. You'll work on lead generation, client acquisition, marketing campaigns, and team management, driving real results while learning the ropes of business consulting.
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with the Business Development team to identify, connect, and onboard new clients.
2. Engage in cold calling, client communication, and virtual meetings to convert leads into opportunities.
3. Execute and track email campaigns for lead generation.
3. Plan, assign, and guide your team of interns to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
4. Collaborate with business development teams to develop growth strategies and improve outreach.
5. Meet weekly/monthly targets.
Other requirements
1. Passing year: 2024, 2025, 2026 (preferred)
2. Background in Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
4. Prior to BD, marketing, or sales experience is a plus.
