Raise and manage operations tickets for NS report builds, client domains, and user creation.

Address coding checks for new products identified in NS setup forms.

Coordinate with the Operations team on market scope creation and hierarchy alignment for new clients.

Build new client reports using existing templates and conduct QC checks prior to release.

Manage permissioning in Salesforce and validate with Operations.

Support the NS team with setup-related queries, report adjustments, and robustness checks.

Raise and manage coding tickets for new or existing products.

Conduct RST coding checks as required.

1+ years of experience in sales support, business development, or a similar role.

Basic data analysis capability and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
