Purpose of the Role
To develop, enhance, and expand BSI India’s business footprint across Certification and Training services in sectors including IT, Automotive, Food & Processing, Healthcare (Medical Devices, Pharma, Hospitals), BFSI, General Manufacturing, Product Certification, and Healthcare (CE Marking).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and annual sales targets across a defined geography.

  • Promote and sell the One BSI portfolio to new and existing customers, positioning BSI as a trusted, long-term partner.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for BSI, demonstrating ethical conduct and promoting excellence.

  • Identify market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and offering value-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of sold services.

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage accounts, pipelines, and forecasts effectively.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience in B2B/sectoral sales.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing new business.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and explain complex technical solutions.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a KPI-led environment.

  • Experience across certification, training, or professional services sales preferred.
