The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager you will support business growth by contributing to strategy development and implementation at the regional and local levels. Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Assist in translating global and regional strategies into actionable local plans & provide inputs for strategy development based on local market needs and insights.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. & provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities aligned with organizational objectives and support realization of identified opportunities through collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues. ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience from enquiry to after-sales support.
  • Support in identifying potential partnerships and contributing to partnership agreements. & collaborate across internal functions to align goals and deliverables.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining business analysis tools & monitor sales and financial data to measure effectiveness of activities and report to management.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, environment (HSE), and compliance standards in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 10–12 years of experience in business development, strategy, or sales support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in customer engagement, market research, and strategy execution.
