Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with proven experience in selling software services and solutions within the AEC/BIM industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the AEC/BIM domain (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
• Sell software services such as BIM consulting, BIM modeling, digital transformation, custom software solutions, and related technology services.
• Generate leads through outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, and industry networking.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored software and BIM-based solutions aligned with business needs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers; manage negotiations and close deals.
• Work closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure accurate solutioning and smooth project handover.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on AEC industry trends, BIM standards, and emerging technologies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales with a strong focus on software services.
• Proven track record of selling software services or technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with global clients (US).
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
