Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive - US Process (B2B Voice)
Location: BKC, Mumbai (On-site)
Shift Timing: US Night Shift | 7:45 PM to 5:15 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
CTC: Rs. 3.0 - 4.0 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives (Total Earnings Can Exceed Fixed CTC Based on Performance)
Education: Any Graduate

Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive, you will engage with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and business buyers in the US market. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective customers, introduce our lab-grown diamond offerings, generate interest, identify sales opportunities, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
This role provides valuable exposure to international B2B sales, client engagement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Make 200+ outbound outreach attempts per day using an automated dialer.
• Connect with prospective US-based businesses and decision-makers.
• Introduce the company's Lab-Grown Diamond products and services.
• Identify potential customers, generate business interest, and create qualified sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain engagement with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call updates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Contribute to business growth through consistent outreach and relationship building.
Candidate Profile
• Any Graduate.
• Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 3 years of experience may also apply.
• Prior experience in Outbound Voice Process, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Sales, Customer Acquisition, or International Voice Process will be an added advantage.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong convincing, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident personality with professional telephone etiquette.
• Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (7:45 PM to 5:15 AM).
