The consultant will coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams to understand client needs, propose suitable technology solutions, and support the transition from lead generation to project onboarding under a success-fee-based arrangement.

Codezyng is looking for a well-connected Business Development Consultant to help us expand our business across Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate should have a strong professional network, the ability to identify potential clients, generate business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
This is a success-fee-based engagement with no fixed monthly retainer. The commercial arrangement would be based on successful business opportunities and mutually agreed terms Engagement Model: Success-Fee-Based | No Fixed Retainer
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your professional network to connect Codezyng with potential clients, decision-makers, and strategic partners across Australia and New Zealand.
- Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Promote Codezyng's technology services and software engineering capabilities to businesses across relevant industries.
- Understand prospective clients' business requirements and coordinate with Codezyng's Pre-Sales team to propose suitable technology solutions.
- Work closely with Codezyng's Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to project onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, strategic partnerships, or related fields.
- Strong professional network and established business connections within Australia and/or New Zealand.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and establish client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- Familiarity with technology services, IT consulting, software development, or digital transformation solutions is an advantage.
