Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and combine relevant information. Collaboration with various teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment and its challenges is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Lead the documentation and validation of business requirements to support project delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Analysis & Interpretation, Scrum.
- Strong capability in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to model business processes and workflows effectively.
- Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.
- Skilled in identifying gaps between current and future business states and proposing actionable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
