Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This role requires defining high-level customer requirements and designing the necessary business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the client s vision, ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly articulated and actionable. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand and shape the future state of the business is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and driving transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing scalable business solutions that integrate with existing systems.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.
- This position is based at CDC2A - SEZ.
- A BE is required.
