Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The role demands a thoughtful approach to designing effective business processes that support organizational goals and enhance overall efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions by coordinating with technical teams.
- Assist in validating that proposed solutions meet business needs and objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with tools used for documenting and managing business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
