Job DescriptionCollaborate with all departments (Technology, Operations, Food etc) for gathering and
organizing data into meaningful databases. Analyze data to gather customer behavior insights, understand market, and analyze product
performance. Execute quantitative analyses and translate data into actionable insights. Take ownership for modelling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools. Prepare informative dashboards, reports & metrics for different teams by collecting, analyzing,
and summarizing insightful information. Design and develop scalable and automated reporting solutions to enable Holachef manage the
business and make effective decisions. Be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports,
analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Monitor existing metrics, analyse data and partner with internal teams to identify gaps & work on
improving those gaps by creating processes & systems. Analyse costs, profitability, quality & performance of different departments & optimize
Holachef’s operations.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or any
other quantitative discipline. Understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and
finance/Accounting (Balance Sheet, P&L statement etc). Prior experience (1-3 years) of working on Dashboards and generating reports. Strong knowledge and Prior experience (1-3 years) in data analytics and statistical programming
with proficiency in Advanced Excel. Good knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Micro Strategy etc. Good working knowledge of SQL and atleast one statistical tool such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS
etc. An inclination for numbers and a keen eye for business metrics. Ability to drive the work independently and also work
