This role involves analyzing business requirements, documenting data processes, and collaborating with technical teams to improve efficiency and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Data Ingestion, Data Operations, and Reconciliation teams to understand and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Analyze and document data flow processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain standard templates, process documents, and best practice frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.
- Perform data analysis and validation to support decision-making and ensure data integrity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements.
- Support new joiners by creating structured onboarding materials and documentation for data-related workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent in Operations/Analytics is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst in a data-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of data processes, workflows, and business operations.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and translate complex concepts between business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data ingestion, reconciliation, or data transformation workflows.
- Exposure to financial data, analytics, or reporting processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
