Job Description:
Our Senior Business Analysts on our Business Process Automation team role will be responsible for eliciting requirements on automation processes from stakeholders throughout the company then documenting and helping communicate and confirm the delivery of solutions by the development teams. To be successful in the role you will need strong communication skills, active listening skills, and ability to document and present. You will work with teams across multiple Russell offices as well as directly with our Business Process Automation Development team in Mumbai to deliver solutions.
Years of Experience
5+ years of Business Analyst experience
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree. Information systems or technical field a plus but not required.
· Business Analyst certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with internal client teams in the global offices to ensure comprehensive understanding and proper implementation of requirements.
· Create comprehensive business requirements used in the development of new processes or technology solutions.
· Document and diagram current state and future state processes
· Communicate requirements to Developers and SDETs in the firm to ensure solutions match the specifications.
· Lead efforts to document and effectively transition new processes to BAU support.
· Help train internal clients in solutions built by the team.
Candidate Requirements
· Exceptional communication skills (listening, documenting and presenting)
· Proven analytical skills in understanding and breaking down processes in a way that is easy to understand and communicate.
· High attention to detail
· Experience working with global firms a plus.
· Experience working with Jira and Confluence to specify and document.
· Experience working with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Fusion tools preferred.
· Experience working in the investment industry preferred.
· Project management experience preferred.
