About the Role
We’re hiring a Brand Reputation Manager to own all brand messaging, social presence, and content planning across platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content calendars — driving engagement and authority for our U.S. solar brand.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
- Develop content calendars, captions, and short-form scripts for videos and ads.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and media buyers to align visuals and messaging.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and design across all digital channels.
- Write clear, high-performing copy for posts, ads, and web content.
- Track engagement metrics and optimize based on data.
- Coordinate with the Community Manager for review responses and engagement boosts.
- Oversee content archives and asset management.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in content or social media management (U.S. audience preferred).
- Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and engagement trends.
- Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel publishing.
- Proficiency with Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (for light design edits).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent.
- Consistent posting schedule (daily).
- Engagement rate and follower growth.
- Content quality, clarity, and consistency.
