Job Description:

This role within the SLS-SLS job family is a Technical/Specialist role at the BTA band level. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting and executing strategies within their team or organization, identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. They will also focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team/organization with clearly defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports and assists in executing strategies in team/organization.
• Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team/organization with clearly defined objectives.
• Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
• Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies.

Job Qualifications

• MBA
• Ability to contribute to and execute strategies in team / organization.
• Aptitude for identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
• Demonstrated ability to focus on specific tasks or segments with clearly defined objectives.
• Strong collaboration and networking skills within immediate team or work domain.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow well-defined precedents and policies.
