The Milka Tablet Brand Manager leads several specific brand projects related to the Hungarian business. BM is preparing brand and activation analysis, handling budget and giving strong support to Chocolate category lead in annual planning and execution of the strategy on local level.
Your main responsibilities
- Provide strong support to the chocolate category lead.
- Strong portfolio management, including PPA and pricing actions.
- Monitor and analyse sell-in and Nielsen sell-out results and business KPIs.
- Accurate budget management.
- Collaborate with central teams, the HU/CZ/SK region, agencies, and other cross-functional teams.
- Brief and execute consumer activations (e.g. marketing communication campaigns, TV and digital asset development and adaptation, social media activation and nationwide consumer promotions) with timely delivery.
- Other ad hoc tasks (e.g. artwork changes, product photo updates).
What you will bring
- A desire to take control of your future and accelerate your career, drawing on the following experience and knowledge:
- Minimum of three years' relevant brand marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- You are eager to learn and have a can-do attitude, as well as high flexibility and good problem-solving skills.
- Business acumen, strong analytical skills and a creative mindset.
- Good project management skills from design to completion, paying close attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a broader, cross-country/cross-functional team.
- Fluent in Hungarian and with a very strong command of English (written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills).
- Good communication skills and the ability to present a story in an inspiring and convincing manner.
- University degree in marketing and/or economics.
