What Are We Looking For?
As a mid-senior BI Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming financial data into actionable insights through advanced Power BI reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive data-driven decision-making, and continuously improve reporting processes within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and process large datasets from diverse financial sources to ensure robust and reliable analysis.
Advanced Data Analysis: Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Power BI Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to Finance and business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Digital teams, ensuring clarity and impact.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting automation, and data quality.
Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile teams, leveraging Microsoft DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
Key Success Criteria’s / KPIs
Expansion and maintenance of a self-service Power BI reports portfolio.
High stakeholder satisfaction with reporting solutions and insights.
Demonstrated impact on data-driven decision-making in Finance.
Continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality
Required education, experience and job-related skills
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI in a Finance context.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting, or controlling.
Experience working in Agile teams; familiarity with Microsoft DevOps is a strong plus.
Knowledge of DataBricks is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English
