To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Kimberly-Clark's International Benefits and Wellbeing programs. The role is responsible for coordinating benefit activities, maintaining accurate records, benefits inventory and documentation, supporting employee and stakeholder enquiries, managing vendor interactions, and ensuring the smooth administration of benefit and wellbeing programs across multiple countries.

Working closely with the International Benefits team, vendors, HR Operations, Payroll, and local country teams, the Benefits Administrator will help ensure benefits and wellbeing programs are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with established processes and timelines.

Principal Accountabilities:

Benefits Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administration and coordination support for International Benefits and Wellbeing programmes.

  • Respond to routine enquiries and maintain accurate benefits records, documentation, and trackers.

  • Take ownership of the global benefits inventory system, ensure information is accurate and up to date, managing regular periodic reviews and running reports as required

  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of benefit initiatives and programmes including the ownership and maintenance of a benefits inventory

Benefits Renewals & Governance

  • Maintain renewal trackers and support the coordination of annual benefit renewals.

  • Communicate captive approvals and renewal updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Proactively engage country contacts to gather feedback and identify potential plan changes.

  • Ensure benefit policy documentation is accurately maintained and stored & benefits inventory updated as required.

Benefits Platform Administration

  • Support People Solutions in the ongoing administration of KonneCted our UK Benefit administration platform

  • Assist with annual enrolment project & activities, system updates, testing, communications, and user support.

Computershare / SharePlus Administration

  • Support the administration of SharePlus and other employee share plans.

  • Coordinate monthly submissions with local country teams and vendors.

  • Manage operational queries, access requests, reporting requirements, and issue resolution with Computershare.

Vendor & Financial Administration

  • Support benefit vendor administration incl onboarding & set up, purchase order setup and maintenance.

  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely processing of invoices and related activities.

EAP & Wellbeing Administration

  • Coordinate TELUS Health wellbeing activities, webinar requests, and training support.

  • Monitor webinar utilisation against contracted hours and assist with query resolution.

  • Maintain attendance records and distribute participation and feedback reports to stakeholders.

Communications & Content Management

  • Maintain benefits and wellbeing content on internal employee platforms- KC&ME.

  • Support the publication and updating of articles, and resources.

  • Coordinate requests and updates through established internal processes.

Project & Team Support

  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc benefit- related projects and initiatives.

  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, action tracking, and project activities as required.

  • Undertake additional benefits administration and operational support activities as assigned.

Employee Experience & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a key contact for Regional Total Reward teams, and local stakeholders on benefit administration matters.

  • Coordinate responses to routine benefit enquiries and support issue resolution with vendors and internal teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in benefits administration, HR administration, payroll administration, or a similar operational support role.

  • Demonstrated analytical and PC skills in performance of complex analysis and modeling

  • Knowledge & experience with Workday& SAP, preferred.

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Experience maintaining records, trackers, and process documentation.

Critical Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Ability to learn and use HR, benefits, and vendor management systems.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
