Skills and Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in large scale Projects in BFSI Industry
Must Have Skills:
- Project Management skills- Experience in managing medium to large scale projects from inception through completion independently, utilizing Project Management skills.
- Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for stakeholders regarding status of project. Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan and take corrective actions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Steer regular Governance calls with customer, elicit requirements, take sign-offs etc.
- Ops and tech transformation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good to have:
- Candidates with experience in ITSM industry would be preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Direct, lead and manage workload of direct reports in the Mumbai GEO Transformation team in coordination client and internal stakeholders
- Project Lead managing the delivery of projects for Operations, including: requirement gathering, proactively gathering of business requirements/priorities from key stakeholders; solicit feedback and obtain sign-off on project documentation.
- Regular presentation of project progress, risks, and issues to diverse groups of senior management. Ensure that key risk is identified and eliminated.
- Coordinate and collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive solutions are delivered. Define and manage the scope of projects, anticipating issues and proactively recommending solutions. Perform root cause analysis to distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Scope, elicit, analyse and document business requirements using a variety of techniques and tools.
