- Accountable to develop and implement comprehensive release strategies specific to Asset Management Technology & Change.
- Accountable for scheduling of release activities, ensuring efficient platform transitions.
- Accountable for optimising and innovating release processes to comply with organisational standards.
- Accountable for facilitating interdepartmental collaboration for effective release execution.
- Accountable to manage the technology change pipeline within Asset Management Technology.
- Accountable for delivering regular, high-quality releases following Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Accountable for driving transformative initiatives for safer and frequent change delivery.
- Accountable to ensure IT environments (like Test, Dev, Pre-prod and Prod) are properly managed, governed, and coordinated so they are "fit for purpose".
- Responsible for providing support for development and production issues, including performance problems.
- Responsible for ensuring environments meet all relevant requirements, which could include maintaining metrics for configurations, licensing, and inventory.
- Responsible for engaging portfolios leads proactively, ensuring alignment through all lifecycle stages.
- Responsible for collaborating with portfolio leads and teams for continuous and strategic release planning.
- Responsible for conducting release retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible for administering logistic suite development using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
