Design, build, and run automated tests and frameworks for Salesforce and Microsoft 365 applications. Validate UI, API, integration, and end-to-end scenarios across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and related integrations. Develop API automation, log and track defects, support CI/CD pipelines, provide test metrics, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders in Agile/DevOps environments.
We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft 365 (M365) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of business-critical applications and integrations across Salesforce and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
The candidate should possess hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, API testing, functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end validation of cloud-based enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Develop robust automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Perform testing of Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Outlook, and related integrations.
- Execute end-to-end testing across Salesforce, M365, and third-party systems.
- Develop and execute API automation test cases using REST/SOAP services.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD implementation and quality gates within DevOps pipelines.
- Provide test metrics, defect analysis, and quality reports.

Required Experience
- 5–10 years of software testing experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of Microsoft 365 testing experience.
- Strong experience in automation framework development.
- Experience with API and integration testing.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
- ISTQB Certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or relevant Microsoft Certifications.
- Experience in test data management and environment setup.
