About this opportunity
We are currently looking for an Automated Operations Engineer to ensure technical capability as part of 24/7 Automated Operations service delivery. The role includes service monitoring, fault diagnosis, rapid domain-level support and field technical support.
What you will do
• Support project-related activities in accordance with internal procedures• Manage, monitor, and resolve technical tickets within SLA targets through proper escalation and coordination• Update and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures• Provide training and guidance to new team members when assigned• Intervene in incident cases following configuration or implementation activities• Handle calls and provide technical assistance to field technicians to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
The skills you bring
• Excellent understanding of telecommunication networks and network elements
• Knowledge of IP network operations and troubleshooting• B2-level French, written and spoken• Fluent English, written and spoken• Ability to collect, classify, and interpret technical information• Strong personal skills including communication and team work, ability to react quickly, distributive attention, perseverance, initiative, task orientation, problem-solving mindset, interest in documentation, practical and analytical technical thinking, willingness to inform, support and develop others, professionalism, ambition, and self-confidence.• Availability to work on shifts (day & night) and legal holidays
