About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Visual Designer to join our design team at Druva. The Design team is the creative strength responsible for the crafting user experience/interface. We work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and deliver delightful experiences. You will be working with some of the brightest and creative minds in the industry. You will help to define product direction and set/hold the bar for design.

What you will do

  • Be thoughtful, Analyze and understand data to tell a specific story through data visualization and infographics
  • Create high-level prototypes, design mockups, specs, iconography, production assets, and diagrams
  • Drive a high level of visual benchmark across products.
  • Define innovative user interactions that result in improved user engagement and productivity
  • Maintain Druva’s Figma libraries for desktop, mobile, and tablets considering the responsiveness of the components.
  • Identify, prioritize, and monitor tasks, the progress of design, and development across team members.
  • Work closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum (3+) years experience with Bachelor's degree. Proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe suite)
  • A portfolio highlighting multiple projects, Design systems, and direct contributions
  • Proven experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms
  • In-depth understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and responsive designs.
  • Self-motivated, ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build a good working relationship
  • Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and/or startup environment
