Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all tasks associated with the maintenance of tax records.
- Responsible for all follow-up with the customer for SEZ endorsed forms needed for the GST assessment.
- Responsible for 26AS reconciliation with the Tax GLs so the accurate withholding tax is booked.
- Gathers tax information required to prepare tax returns
- Compile the data needed for form 3CD and form 3CEB filings.
- Compiles the data required for the GST audit and assessments.
- Responds to questions and requests on tax related information from internal departments/vendors/customers.
- Provides documents/records for various tax assessments with various tax government authorities.
- Working on new initiatives/projects and new tax notifications by the government as and when applicable.
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce/master’s in commerce with minimum 2-4 years of Work Experience.
- Mandatory SAP knowledge
- Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation
- Eye for detail.
- Excellent MS Excel Skill
Preferred Characteristics
- Good communication skills to interact with Senior Leader team and external parties.
- Should be able to multitask and give timely result.
