The Specialist Recruiter, Global Talent Acquisition job performs a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements. Under general supervision, this job is responsible for promoting the organization's image as a desirable place to work and attracting and recommending placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Refers applicants for particular job openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews.
  • Determines best avenue in recruiting (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairs).
  • Contacts candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions in with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
  • Prepares job postings, specifications for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards.
  • Represents the organization at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
  • Responds to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies.
  • Concludes recruitment process by closing the recruitment requisition and advising unsuccessful candidates in an accurate, timely and compliant manner.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of full recruitment lifecycle experience in US markets.

  • Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment successfully.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Understanding of or experience with AI-powered recruitment tools.

  • Experience recruiting for financial services, Wealth Management, or FinTech sectors.

  • Strong understanding of US visa types (H1B, EAD, GC, Citizens).

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Advance Excel skills.

  • Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours).

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
