Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 4+ years
- experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consulting
- Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Hands-on experience in: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Production Control, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing & Project Costing
- Proven experience in 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
- Experience in multi-country AX/D365 rollouts
- Strong understanding of inventory configuration, production processes, and warehouse management
- Knowledge of GAAP and taxation frameworks.
- Experience in functional documentation (FRD, FDD, Gap Analysis)
- Ability to design and execute end-to-end test scenarios
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in global/international project environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 / AX SCM modules across business units
- Configure and support key modules including: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Production Control, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing & Project Costing
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live
- Manage and support multi-country rollouts and localization requirements
- Provide recommendations on SCM best practices and process improvements
- Prepare and maintain: Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Gap analysis documents, Test cases and business scenarios, Training materials and user guides
- Conduct user training sessions and support adoption across business teams
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and support tax-related configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines
- Participate in client discussions and provide expert functional consulting support
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
