Associate Staff Engineer, Dotnet Fullstack (React)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 5+ years.
• Strong working experience with architecture and development in C#, .net core, .net framework, entity framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API and Unit testing.
• Should be able to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applicationsusing .NET Core and modern front-end technologies with a strong focus on hands-on coding.
• Must have experience in end-to-end feature development, from requirement analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Should be able to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs following clean architecture and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Hands on working experience in front end technologies like HTML5, CSS JavaScript and React
• Hands on experience with database. (SQL, Oracle, Postgresql)
• Hands on working experience with Docker & orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred).
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Octopus), deployment automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and development efficiency.
• Understanding of application security best practices (OWASP Top 10)
• Should be able to develop and optimize responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.
• Should be able to work closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Must be able to implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, including service integration, performance optimization, and security configuration.
• Should be able to write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to established coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Should be able to actively participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Should be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
