Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.As a Software Engineer I at Nuvolo, you will contribute to building the next generation of our enterprise mobile platform. As part of the Innovation team, you will help deliver scalable, high-quality mobile applications that improve the experience of our customers and field technicians.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to the design and development of React Native mobile applications
- Build features that are scalable, maintainable, and intuitive for end users
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews and apply best practices to improve code quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mobile and backend integrations
- Assist in documenting technical solutions and supporting knowledge sharing across teams
- Learn and apply modern frameworks, tools, and development standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team efficiency
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of software development experience
- Strong foundation in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts
- Experience building or contributing to React Native applications
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and state management (e.g., Redux)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Capacitor or hybrid mobile frameworks
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform or enterprise applications
- Understanding of mobile-first design principles
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
