We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. You’ll build and optimize AI-driven solutions and data pipelines, working with modern cloud and data technologies to deliver impactful results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design efficient automation workflows.
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA scripts using tools such as UiPath.
• Maintain, monitor, and improve deployed bots for optimal performance.
• Debug production issues and provide timely fixes.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and documentation requirements.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
• Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator

Experience: Required Skills:

• 1-2 years relevant RPA development experience.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
• Configure and manage bots through UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, schedules).
• Maintain and optimize existing RPA solutions for performance and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of programming (Python, .NET, Java, or VB Script preferred).
• Understanding business process workflows and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL (added advantage).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively meet deadlines and troubleshoot issues while handling multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative
• Ability to get the job done in time. With a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with other team members  
• Demonstrates ability to learn quickly within a continually changing, challenging environment

Preferred knowledge of:

• • Uipath 
  • SQL and Database tools (MS SQL Server Management studio)
  • DevOps/Jira
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Communication
  • Exposure to APIs, web services, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB.NET)
  • Microsoft Azure Fundaments (Added advantage)
