The Associate Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of Solar Photovoltaic Modules through various quality control processes, audits, and compliance with standards. This role involves monitoring quality parameters, reporting findings, and working with the manufacturing process both in India and abroad.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance and Control like Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control and Final Quality Assurance of the Solar Photovoltaic Modules.
- Product and process audit to ensure the stability of the process and quality of product at each stage of the Solar Photovoltaic modules manufacturing process & measure the process performance.
- Ensuring Quality of PV panel in Visual, Electrical, and Final Quality Parameters of the Solar Panel as per OEM/UL QAP.
- Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
- Reporting all the reports in timely manner with quality standards across projects.
- Quick learner and Should be willing to work through out India and abroad
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred- Diploma (or equivalent), or related field plus generally one-three years of directly related experience.
- Limited knowledge of ISO 17025 is desirable.
- Manufacturing experience is preferable.
