We are looking for a proactive Associate Project Manager who can support project planning, coordinate with development teams, and ensure smooth execution of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, managing, and delivering IT projects within defined timelines and quality standards.

• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project review meetings.

• Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and requirement documents.

• Communicate project updates to internal teams and clients.

• Identify project risks and proactively support mitigation strategies.

• Ensure effective task allocation and team coordination using project management tools.

• Support senior management in improving project delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Project Coordination / Project Management.

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX).

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain project timelines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

• Basic understanding of web and mobile application development technologies.

• Experience in client communication and project documentation.
