Associate Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect and Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale data platform initiatives on Azure. The role combines architectural design, governance, and delivery leadership across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and ADF environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the enterprise data architecture strategy using Fabric, Databricks, and Azure core services.
• Lead multi-phase implementation across ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
• Oversee Lakehouse design, semantic modeling, and gold layer development.
• Manage project planning, Agile delivery, and stakeholder communications.
• Implement DevOps automation, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
• Mentor data engineers, enforce standards, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Integrate security, compliance, and data governance practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 14+ years in data architecture, engineering, or analytics delivery.
• Expertise in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, ADF, ADLS, and Power BI.
• Strong experience in Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience managing multi-cloud or hybrid architectures.
• Optional: Familiarity with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker, Pub/Sub) for hybrid integration.

Preferred Certifications:

• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional or Databricks Certified Data Architect Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Optional:Google Cloud Certified – Professional Data Engineer
