Role - Associate Product Manager
Experience Required - 4 to 8 years
Location - Bangalore / Mumbai
Work from Office - Hybrid
As part of the product team of Quantiphi, the Product Manager will be responsible for communicating the value of a product to the market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Launch & Positioning: Develop and execute product launch strategies, and create compelling product messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our products in the market.
- Sales Process: Co-own goals around Sales Pipeline, conversion and revenue with sales and product teams. Provide feedback to improve the Sales Process.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team and provide training to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy. Work closely with the marketing team to create sales collateral, such as product brochures, datasheets, and presentations, that support the product messaging.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape, and provide actionable insights to shape product strategy and positioning.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and industry influencers to gather feedback and promote our products effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and other internal teams to align goals and drive successful product execution.
- Making decisions about the product's features, pricing, and positioning, and for managing the product's lifecycle from conception to retirement.
- Translate complex product information into clear and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
Skills Required:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Hands-on experience in using tools like Canva. If you’ve created any campaigns / posters / videos / infomercial / infographics please share links with us.
- Strong & proven experience in writing good copy is essential.
- Analyze customer support requirements for key industries and verticals, build a “support solution” that combines various capabilities into an offering tailored for a specific industry, work with senior sales leaders to incorporate these solutions into the sales strategy, and manage pipeline/conversion.
- Monitor our go-to-market motions and ensure that we are building strategic initiatives that help us scale the business non-linearly.
- Ability to lead and motivate the teams and to influence and persuade others to support product strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in relevant technology domains - AI/ML, Conversational AI, Gen AI and Cloud (desired).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment across multiple locations.
