Job Description

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Product Manager (APM) at Sprinklr, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, analyze product performance, and ensure our products align with both customer needs and business goals.
 

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Own a product module throughout its lifecycle—from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
🔹 Analyze product usage data to identify customer pain points and propose data-driven solutions.
🔹 Develop and implement strategies to improve system resilience and uptime management.
🔹 Promote and optimize Net Promoter Score (NPS) best practices.
🔹 Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to drive product excellence.
🔹 Conduct detailed data analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.
🔹 Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
🔹 Gather and prioritize customer and product requirements based on market research and user feedback.
🔹 Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MBA preferred.
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
✔ Proven problem-solving skills—ability to map customer needs to effective solutions.
✔ Experience in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) or CX (Customer Experience) space is a plus.
✔ Knowledge of system resiliency, NPS surveys, and uptime management best practices.
✔ Hands-on experience with SQL and data analytics tools.
✔ Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment.
