Associate Principal - Business Technology in Health Plan & Provider
The Associate Principal will lead the client engagements at a cross-office level encompassing the areas of digital transformation, analytics, business intelligence, information management, reporting and mobility; provide thought leadership in developing the firm's services and offerings in Health Payers and Providers space and add leverage to the overall leadership span for the group in India. The person in this role will be responsible for growing the capabilities in the Business Technology group by developing and managing the existing client relationships and generating new business engagements. Responsibilities:
- Lead large scale client delivery engagements in the Health Plan - Payers and Providers space while maintaining high Quality standards defined at ZS;
- Provide leadership to India teams to build innovative solutions leveraging advance digital and technology approaches
- Develop and manage client relationships on projects. Deeply understand client's business challenges and provide thought leadership in addressing issues. Identify opportunities and contribute to the selling of additional work to new and existing clients;
- Provide technology solution framework and design support to the India team while solving a client problem
- Active involvement in pre-sales opportunities, building new assets and platforms that will support ZS strategic growth
- Understand the technology landscape in the broader healthcare industry and propose advancements to our roadmap
- Leverage experience in project management activities including project planning/estimation, scoping by ensuring delivery of quality outcomes within timelines and budgets while tightly managing project/space metrics such as delivery margin and utilization etc.
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment;
- Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
- Play an active role at the India leadership level supporting new India based initiatives.
- Lead the development & scaling of India Technology team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree with specialization in Computer or IT, or other computer related disciplines;
- 18+ years of consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements;
- Deep industry knowledge in US Healthcare with primary focus on Payers and Providers space;
- Extensive experience in creating enterprise scale data engineering pipelines, data-based decision-making, and quantitative analysis;
- Deep understanding of healthcare data i.e., claims, EHR, membership data, agency data etc.
- Exposure with complex, high volume, multi-dimensional data, as well as unstructured, structured, and streaming datasets
- Design and delivery of complex technology solutions by applying your deep skills to solve priority issues and help improve performance;
- Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of our clients;
- Strong expertise in building enterprise solutions using diverse technology i.e., Big Data, Cloud, MDM etc.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience on data platforms - Databricks or Snowflake;
- Involved in the selling process by writing proposals and giving product demos;
- Strong credentials and demonstrated success in IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture;
- Ability to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects;
- A strong work ethic;
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs;
- Executive-level presence and communication.
