Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 11+ Years
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Work in shift till 1pm EST (11:30 am to 8:30 pm IST in summers , 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST in winters).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and communicate the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Ensure Salesforce initiatives align with business goals and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, effort, risk, and dependencies.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and refinement sessions.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams.
- Clarify requirements, resolve questions, and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
- Communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support release planning, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Conduct product demos and provide end-user training when required.
- Drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and feedback collection.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
