Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a meticulous and motivated Associate- Imaging Operations to join our Information Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality input and maintenance of metadata from legacy records to ensure data integrity across our systems.You will join a collaborative team dedicated to preserving and organizing vital information, ensuring our customers have seamless access to accurate data.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Execute high-volume data entry of metadata from legacy records into Microsoft Excel or proprietary software to meet daily accuracy and productivity targets.
Collaborate with onsite teams and customers to facilitate the secure handling and digital transformation of printed and handwritten records.
Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain’s data integrity standards and organizational policies to maintain the highest level of information security.
The ideal candidate will have:
1 to 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including the ability to read and interpret both printed and handwritten English content.
Proven ability in high-speed typing (minimum 35 words per minute) and basic computer troubleshooting within a Windows environment.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including morning, day, afternoon, or night).
