Associate Market insights & Strategy Manager
Welcome to….
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Supporting the setting up of a new insights function and promoting the adoption of best practices in insight generation and application.
- Provide strategic advisory to marketing/sales teams by synthesizing market intelligence, consumer insights, and category trends.
- Enhancing Novonesis’ reputation as a trusted partner by applying insights to facilitate meaningful conversations on new product development (NPD), crafting tailored pitches, and creating winning concepts.
- Creating insight deep dives to strengthen understanding of key categories and themes relevant to our business
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales heads on regional growth strategy conversations and other strategic initiatives.
- Supporting with in-depth data analysis and information assimilation that helps facilitate strategic dialogue within the leadership team
- Develop and maintain industry, customer, and competitor knowledge; evaluate the credibility of external insight sources and potential utility and leverage them across the company.
To succeed, you must have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in an insights, consulting, strategy, or a related role.
- MBA (Marketing/Strategy) from a premier institute
- Experience in FMCG companies or industrial processing industries is preferable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling ambiguous problems.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is preferable.
