Role Summary

As an Associate Manual Jewellery Designer, you will play a key role in translating creative briefs into refined hand-drawn sketches that bring design ideas to life. You will support the design team by contributing to concept development, exploring inspirations, and creating detailed manual illustrations that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into detailed manual sketches that reflect brand aesthetics and craftsmanship.
• Execute hand-drawn jewellery concepts with precision, supporting the development of product extensions across collections.
• Collaborate closely with CAD and production teams by providing accurate, scaled drawings and visual references.
• Support ideation and design development by contributing trend research, mood boards, and material suggestions.
• Maintain organized sketch archives, design documentation, and ensure timely submission of all deliverables at each stage of the design process.
• Uphold brand design standards with a meticulous attention to detail in line quality, proportion, and finishing.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with a focus on manual sketching.
• 3-4 years of experience in manual jewellery or accessory design.
• Proficient in freehand sketching, rendering techniques (metal, stone, and texture detailing), and traditional design tools.
• Strong artistic sensibility with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and proportion.
• Technically sound understanding of jewellery construction and materials.
• Passionate about design and aware of evolving trends in fine jewellery.
