Job Responsibilites:
- Develop effective analytical solutions, share comprehensive user insights and actionable recommendations (both predictive and prescriptive)
- Create frameworks to provide enriched and unified view of users and develop data-led strategies to guide product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and craft intervention strategies to help meet organization goals
- Design and execute A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to validate new features and improvements
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering etc.)
- 2-4 years of experience in core Analytics domain
- Advanced problem-solving skills. Ability to break down complex problems and demonstrated ability to present insights in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent proficiency in SQL and expertise in working with large datasets across multiple sources
- Expertise in any of the dashboarding/visualization tools - Looker / Power BI /Tableau
Good to Haves:
- Passion for sports
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management
- Experience in deploying complex Analytical solutions using Python/R
