The role will be based in Mumbai with the expectation of a hybrid work model.

PineBridge Investments is seeking an Associate, Legal.

Primary Responsibilities:

Associate, Legal tasks:

• PISDA deliverables

• FCM agreement deliverables

• Maintenance of MFN tracker

• Maintenance of IMA tracker

• Update delegation agreements

• Update participating affiliate agreements

• Form D filings

• Blue sky filings

• Sub-advised mutual fund certifications and other deliverables

• Assist with Form PF updates

• Assist with Form ADV updates

• Document management

• Assist senior attorneys on fund launches and SMA onboardings

• RFP support

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have 3+ years of experience.

• Preference for candidates with asset management experience.

• Candidate will ideally have experience with US private and/or registered funds. Experience with Cayman products a plus.
