Job DescriptionHR Marketing & Employer Branding
• Support employer branding initiatives across internal and external platforms.
• Assist in creating content for job postings, social media, internal
announcements, and HR campaigns.
Creative Design & Content Creation
• Design creatives using Canva, Adobe tools, and other design software for
HR marketing materials.
• Create posters, banners, presentations, newsletters, and digital content.
Internal Communication & Engagement
• Support internal communication initiatives related to HR programs, events,
and campaigns.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to promote engagement
initiatives.
Tools, Innovation & Learning
• Explore and use new tools, software, and formats to improve HR marketing
effectiveness.
• Continuously learn and adopt best practices in HR branding and
communication.
Must-Have Skills
Technical & Creative Skills
• Hands-on experience with Canva and basic knowledge of Adobe tools
(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Familiarity with other creative or digital tools is a plus
• Basic content creation and visual storytelling skills
