Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling and engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
- Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and creative teams to bring campaign ideas and concepts to life.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, digital ads, and other marketing assets.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to brainstorms, campaigns, and everyday social content.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, social media formats, digital culture, and innovative creative approaches.
- Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh visual styles and design treatments.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and platform-specific executions.
- Support the development of key visuals, campaign look and feel, mood boards, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with motion designers and content teams to create engaging digital experiences.
- Ensure high-quality creative output while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or digital advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and evolving creative trends.
- Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to creative ideas and concepts.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or video editing is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design versatility, and digital-first thinking.
