Role Overview

The Associate to the CEO is a full-time role providing executive support and business assistance directly to reach52's CEO. The role blends day-to-day executive administration with broader analytical and coordination support, working closely with the CEO's office and cross-functionally across Group Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The right person moves comfortably between calendar management and substantive business support, taking ownership of tasks as they arise rather than working from a fixed brief.

Key Responsibilities

This role blends executive administration with broader business support for the CEO. Responsibilities are not limited to any fixed list, but typically include things like:

  • Support research, analysis, and preparation of briefing notes, presentations, reports, and materials to enable strategic decision-making
  • Act as an extension of the CEO’s office, driving execution and follow-through on cross-functional initiatives across Commercial, Impact, Operations, and People functions
  • Support business development and partnerships with range of external stakeholders
  • Support marketing and any external engagement activities (website, conferences, etc) and both external and internal communications
  • Partner with leadership teams across Group Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing to gather updates, track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment with CEO priorities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and day-to-day coordination, ensuring effective time management and preparation for key engagements
  • Coordinate board meetings, investor updates, leadership team meetings, and other strategic engagements, ensuring smooth planning and execution
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain visibility on key decisions, action items, and follow-ups from leadership discussions, ensuring timely completion across functions
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO

The scope will evolve with the CEO's needs - the right candidate is comfortable moving between admin support and substantive business work, rather than staying within a fixed job description.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree a plus
  • 1-4 years of experience, ideally in executive support, consulting, or operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, analytical and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector or experience with relevant startups is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational skills; proactive and resourceful, comfortable working directly with senior leadership
