Lead and grow an implementation team to deliver multiple RCM onboarding projects. Define strategy, manage resources, mitigate risks, engage stakeholders, improve processes, and ensure data accuracy and reporting to drive client adoption and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Functional Implementation Consultants and Implementation Managers.
- Define and execute implementation strategies that drive customer adoption, operational efficiency, and long-term success.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client and implementation challenges.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric execution.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee multiple implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Allocate resources effectively to balance team workload and project priorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Drive client satisfaction by ensuring smooth onboarding, consistent communication, and tailored solutions.
- Represent the organization in high-stakes meetings, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to optimize implementation methodologies and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, data integration, and support) to enhance product features and implementation capabilities.
- Develop and enforce best practices, documentation standards, and operational guidelines.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all master data and workflow configurations during onboarding.
- Provide detailed reporting on project status, efficiency metrics, and client feedback to all stake-holders.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in RCM operations, client onboarding, Implementation or a related role, preferably in healthcare.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience leading implementation teams or similar roles.
Skills and Competencies:
- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows, including patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorization and billing cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex implementations.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present to senior executives and conduct effective training sessions.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Proficiency in EHR/EMR/EPM systems and other healthcare technologies is highly desirable.
