Experience : 13+ Years
Strong background in program management, consulting and cross-group collaboration skills.
Proven experience in leading client relationships and ensuring customer success.
Demonstrated ability to manage the P&L for a key account.
Experience in identifying and executing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing engagements.
Track record of successfully delivering large, complex programs within client organizations.
Responsibilities
Leading the client relationship and customer success for assigned accounts.
Owning the P&L for the account, ensuring short-term and long-term profitability.
Responsible for the delivery of large, complex programs, from scope definition through to successful release.
Reviewing project scope and planning to ensure alignment with client goals and internal capabilities.
Ensuring all projects adhere to defined governance standards and best practices.
Given high-level requirements, owning the proposed delivery methodology, resourcing, and governance mechanisms.
Effectively managing programs by developing robust schedules, controlling changes, and mitigating risks.
Maintaining the overall health of the account across all key metrics (risk, scope, schedule, quality, resources, finance, and customer satisfaction).
Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker.
Identifying account stakeholders early to manage expectations and steer the engagement toward success.
Identifying opportunities within the current engagement to cross-sell or up-sell Nagarro's offerings.
Communicating and driving the adoption of organizational initiatives within the account team.
Mentoring and managing team members by providing constant on-the-job feedback and guidance.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
