Job Summary:
IMM will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of influencer marketing initiatives across national-level brand partnerships. The role demands deep expertise in the influencer ecosystem, content formats, and performance analytics to deliver measurable impact. The incumbent will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, Legal, and Creator Management teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, compliance, and operational excellence
About the team:
Team is responsible for driving revenue through strategic commercialization of the company’s owned fictional and non-fictional IP assets. The team partners with national and regional brands leverage these IPs into influencer marketing campaigns, delivering impactful brand narratives and measurable business outcomes. Working cross-functionally with content, marketing, and sales units, the team develops innovative partnership models that enhance brand engagement and IP value playing a critical role in maximizing the commercial potential and visibility of the company’s creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead national influencer marketing strategies, leveraging a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem across categories, pricing models, and content formats. Identify the right creator mix aligned with client objectives and platform potential.
- Design campaign frameworks including creator shortlists, content strategy, timelines, and performance projections
- Evaluate influencer performance based on metrics such as reach, engagement, audience quality, retention, completion rates, and ROI. Utilize insights from data and dashboards to optimize creator selection and campaign strategies for improved outcomes.
- Maintain strong proficiency across major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Moj, etc.), interpreting algorithm trends, audience behaviors, and format innovations to guide creative and strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Sales teams to translate client briefs into actionable influencer strategies and campaign plans. Partner with Tech teams to integrate influencer workflows and analytics into internal platforms and dashboards for operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Legal teams to ensure compliance with contracts, brand guidelines, intellectual property rights, and content usage policies.
- Partner with Artist and Creator Management teams to finalize negotiations, monitor deliverables, manage content quality, and ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand positioning.

- Strong influencer marketing expertise deep understanding of influencer ecosystem, creator categories, pricing models, content formats, and campaign workflows. Skilled in evaluating influencer performance metrics - Reach, engagement, audience, quality, retention, completion rates & ROI
- Social media platform proficiency - strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, YT, Meta, Moj etc. Ability to interpret platform algorithms, trend cycles, and format preferences to align influencers with clients' business goals
- Cross functional collaboration & Stakeholder management - experience in collaboration with sales team to translate client briefs into actionable influencer strategies, ability to closely work with tech teams to integrate influencer workflow into internal dashboards, platforms. Experience collaborating with Legal teams on contracts, compliance, guidelines, releases, & content rights. Works efficiently with Artist/creator managers for negotiations, deliverables, timelines & campaign quality
- Campaign Strategy & Execution excellence - skilled in developing campaign frameworks, content strategies, timelines, creator shortlists, & performance projections. Executional mindset - monitor content flow, manager creator deliverables, coordinating approvals & ensuring smooth delivery
- Business planning & Operational ownership - Strong understanding of business planning, revenue forecasting, pipeline management. Ability to manage backend operations of BU including creator onboarding, rate cards, payout cycles etc.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Masters in business administration with 8+ years of work experience in related field
